Skilpadtepel Gin

This gin is a unique creation of juniper notes, coriander, orange and Chinese pea flower – the latter which gives it its distinctive dark purple colour. This dark purple colour will turn into a lighter pink hue when mixed with tonic water due to the acidity change that takes place.
